VOLUNTEER
Admin and Computer Tasks

We are looking for a volunteer to assist us on an ongoing, as-and-when-required basis with office-based admin and computer tasks. The work that you help us with could include getting reports or marketing packs ready to post to our supporters, printing, packing and preparing mail packs, helping to print and address envelopes and completing simple computer tasks.

Supporter Engagament Coordinator

This inbound and outbound calling role is at the forefront of creating respectful, trusting and long-term relationships with our supporters. The role has responsibility for achieving call volume and fundraising targets. Apply on SEEK here.

Advocacy Campaigns Specialist

We are looking for an Advocacy Campaigns Specialist to help turn advocacy priorities into clear, compelling public campaigns and supporter engagement activities. This is a practical, hands-on role for someone who is organised, a strong communicator and motivated by justice. You will work closely with the Head of Advocacy to help deliver campaigns that inform, inspire and mobilise Tearfund supporters, churches and the wider public. Apply on SEEK here.

Relationship Manager - Partnerships (Major Donors)

The Relationship Manager stewards a portfolio of major supporters, building genuine, long-term relationships grounded in trust and a shared purpose. This is relational ministry. They meet people where they are at, over coffee, in homes, churches, at events, and sometimes in places where Tearfund works overseas, listening to their stories, sharing about our work and discerning how they might be invited into deeper partnership.

The role will include stewarding relationships across a range of expressions, including major giving, events, church engagement, corporate partnerships, and Leave a Legacy (Gifts in Wills) conversations, always handled gently, respectfully, and at the right pace. They will be entrusted with both people and stories, and with the responsibility to steward both with care. This role stewards relational excellence and is key to driving the income that fuels Tearfund’s mission. Apply on SEEK here.

Fundraising Specialist - Events & Volunteers

The Fundraising Specialist - Events & Volunteers is dedicated to supporting the Fundraising team by project managing fundraising events, volunteer initiatives, and community fundraising campaigns. The role focuses on deepening supporter engagement, increasing brand awareness, and delivering high-quality experiences that connect audiences with Tearfund’s mission.

VOLUNTEER
Church Representative

The purpose of the Church Volunteer is to help increase the engagement of churches in their local area by acting as the key contact/representative for Tearfund in your church.

Background checks will assist Tearfund to have confidence that our representatives can be trusted to have contact with children and vulnerable adults and handle their sensitive information appropriately. This is one of many steps undertaken by the organisation to support the safety of children and vulnerable adults.
