Six-year-old Lily sets an inspiring example for us all. 

Having heard that girls over 12 in Afghanistan might not be able to go to school, Lily knew she wanted to help. At the time, Lily received 60c of pocket money a week for setting the table. Twenty cents of this weekly amount was to give away and Lily had saved $8.20 of giving money over 41 weeks. She emptied her piggy bank and donated this $8.20 to Tearfund’s Afghanistan response.
